and take a closer look into the impact of the reversal of Dobbs on the Abortion Industry. The hardest hit has been the independent abortion centers, many in red states, where abortion has been nearly or totally banned. Abortion Centers and Planned Parenthood have taken a huge hit with the lack of federal tax funding, name recognition, or fundraising firepower making it significantly harder for them to keep their doors open.
Closing Doors! 
Planned Parenthood has always claimed “that abortion was only 3% of its services.” Well, that is false propaganda and now Planned Parenthood is juggling to remain viable Post-Dobbs. They recently had massive layoffs at their national office and closing and/or consolidating centers. After 50 years in operation, their abortion affiliate in Steamboat Springs, Colo., abruptly closed its doors, even catching the staff unaware. The Alamosa, Colo., center has been closed for several months and in Iowa they are closing 3 of their 9 abortion centers. Sarah Traxler, chief medical officer for Planned Parenthood, said that since Roe’s demise, they’ve experienced a 13% decrease in abortions in the state. Praise the Lord!
So, What’s Next for these abortion centers?? These difficulties are now motivating abortion centers to move from states that protect their unborn children to those that do not. Louisiana’s three abortion centers in New Orleans, Batton Rouge, and Shreveport will relocate, but each declined to offer information on where they are going.
Heartbeats and many centers across the US have amazing mobile units that provide free pregnancy tests and ultrasounds to potential clients. Planned Parenthood has taken this mobile unit concept and sadly turned it around for themselves. Parking Lot Abortions! What? An Illinois Planned Parenthood has stolen this idea from pro-life pregnancy centers and instead plans to offer chemical and some surgical abortions wherever they park. OUR FIGHT HAS TO CONTINUE!
Heartbeats along with all Pro-Life Pregnancy Centers across the US WILL NOT GIVE UP! Roe is dead but the battle is not over until all America’s unborn children and their parents are protected from the horrors of abortion!
